The heart of our Heavenly Father is very tender toward us. He loves us and seeks an intimate relationship with us. Though there are many things in the world that displease Him, He has not turned His back on His creation. He is not looking to punish us, but instead desires that we come to a knowledge of His immeasurable love for us as demonstrated by the giving of His son, Jesus. Where we are often too aware of the wrong we have done, He sees our great potential. We are here for a purpose and the fulfilling of that purpose brings Him honor and great pleasure. As we live in our purpose we also experience a fulfillment and joy that no substitute could provide. This is why He has a specific assignment for each of our lives. In pleasing The Father we find pleasure. But it is impossible to please God without knowing what pleases Him. The world system says that we should seek our own plan and assignment which totally depends on facts and reason. God in His word says that He knows the plans He has for us and they are good. He alone knows those plans and it takes faith and trust in Him on our part to seek them out. So be encouraged. The Father knows our great worth, and is working in our lives more than we know to bring us to that place of peace and contentment. What He has in store for us was prepared before we arrived in the earth. He is not playing a shell game; He wants us to find what He has for us. So take time out daily to ask Him and then expect His answer. May you find Gods best!
